Compassionate Child and Family Therapy Services for Your Mental Well-Being

At Balance & Thrive supporting children and teens can feel complex—and at times, overwhelming.

Monica works closely with children, parents, and caregivers to gently explore what’s underneath behaviour and emotion, recognizing that each child’s experience is shaped by their nervous system, development, and relationships. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, developmentally responsive care.

Support extends beyond the child to include the relationships and environments that shape well-being. Through this work, families begin to build stronger connections, support emotional regulation, and experience more calm, confidence, and resilience at home.

The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping families feel more connected, supported, and able to thrive together.
