Do you offer teletherapy services?
Yes, virtual sessions are offered for both children and families. This provides a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own home. We work to create a calm, connected space online—so you and your child can feel safe, supported, and engaged, even from a distance.
What should I expect during the first therapy session?
Your first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll spend time getting to know you and your child, exploring your family’s strengths, concerns, and hopes for support. You can expect a calm, welcoming space where everyone is invited to feel seen and heard. We’ll also talk about what the therapeutic process can look like and answer any questions you may have—so you can feel confident and supported moving forward.
